Science Association is an academic body which is working for the academic activities of students with different subjects in the name of “study circles” in all the departments and secretaries of each department as Student representatives. It conducts various activities throughout the year to inculcate scientific temper, science awareness among students. Many activities such as quiz programme, scientific exhibition, debates, Seminars, Essay competitions and drawing competition are conducted for the students. Special lecture series, Endowment lectures and Memorial lectures are arranged in the college by inviting eminent scholars. The University also arranges a series of foundation lectures for our students under the banner of Science association.

    Science association has a chairperson as (permanent faculty of the college) and a student secretary as student editor (mostly from degree final year) and having student representatives from all the classes. The selection of the student secretary is done purely on merit basis..
